PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – Independent Member of Parliament Christophe Emmanuel has publicly called on the government of St. Maarten to publicize the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) it has entered into withGridMarketand the Island Resilience Partnership (IRP).
